Heart of Lion Healing symbolizes courage and strength, reflecting the powerful and transformative nature of acupuncture and holistic healing. Just as a lion embodies bravery and resilience, our practice empowers clients to overcome their health challenges with confidence.

The acronym HOL stands for Whole and Holistic, underscoring our commitment to treating the entire person—mentally, physically, and emotionally—rather than just symptoms. By choosing this name, we honor the profound connection between healing and the inner strength that lies within each individual.

What sets us apart?
It's not just the services we offer,
but the heart behind them.

Each session begins with an enthusiastic willingness to be of service to you on your journey towards feeling pain-free, peaceful, and powerful. Power can take many forms and looks different for everyone; what matters most is that you trust in your body’s ability to heal and feel empowered by the connections you nurture.

With years of experience, intuitive guidance, and an unwavering commitment to our clients, we bring both professional skill and heartfelt connection to every session.

It is truly an honor to be of service to you.

Bringing awareness to the Yin, Yang and Five Elements, will allow for you to feel more empowered in ways to bring more balance into your health and life.

We will answer questions like "How do the five elements regulate and generate each other? How does the metal element manifest in the world, and in our bodies? How does an imbalance of wood energy impact my health and environment? How can fire energy help to generate joy and nurturing in my life?"

About the Owner
BreAnn Whiat, LAc, RYT
Her Purpose...
Is to offer compassion, patience, and healing—a guiding principle throughout her life.
BreAnn’s diverse background in international relations, political science, the military, and her global travels have all fueled her passion for holistic healing. For the past 15 years, she has immersed herself in the exploration of solutions to health issues. Her journey began with certifications in yoga teacher training, Reiki, crystal and mineral education, meditation practices, apprenticing with holistic medicine masters, and teaching empathy classes rooted in lessons from nature and animals. Over a decade, she has had the privilege of providing holistic health consultations, assisting patients in their quest for wellness.
With a desire to expand her ability to help others more, she earned her Master’s Degree in Acupuncture from MCPHS, became licensed to practice acupuncture, and is currently completing her Doctorate in the same field. When she's not at the HOL Healing center, you might find her on the pitch playing football with an incredible soccer community, trying to catch waves, or smiling on a mountain.

She is the inspired owner Heart of Lion Healing and your practitioner.

A Note From the Owner
Guided with Gratitude...
I am deeply grateful to the Ancient Chinese Medicine Masters and teachers, Joel Seignor LAc, and Joyce Lo Presti, with whom I had the honor to apprentice with for eight years. Their dedication to sharing their vast knowledge of healing arts inspires my own practice today.

God has blessed me with a loving family, a supportive partner and his family, dear friends, and two sweet black cats. God has blessed me with hardships as well, and I believe our experiences can serve to help others. Gratitude has been a guiding light through all of the blessings. With the support of whole healing, I believe we can integrate our life lessons to become wisdom that helps us feel more connected to ourselves and our hearts. I look forward to sharing what I have learned along the way in hopes it supports you on your own healing journey.
In Peace and Healing,

In loving memory and spirit of Joyce Lo Presti and her incredible legacy.
